The drying process is the key element of the technology for secure storage of the harvested grain. Its economic significance is enormous, it also affects effectiveness of many other sectors, however, the grain drying is a flammable technological process. The secure warehousing and the quality of the harvested grain and feeds are important segment of the protection of our environment (the quality of the feeds significantly affects the quality of the animal origin products). VIDEOKONTROLL makes the drying process transparent and more secure, that results better quality of the dried grain.
VIDEOKONTROLL all over the surface measures the temperature of hot air passing through the mass of grain at the time of exit (hundreds of monitoring points), consequently making all the drying process monitored. It is able to point out the divergence of measurable parameters of grain driers from the optimal level, using this information precision drying can be realized.
The development began in the year 2012 on the basis of Hungarian patent, nowadays more than 50 VIDEKONTROLL operates successfully on dozens of different types of grain dryers.
